Register

How to

Each team will be $85 and title 1 schools can sign up for free. We don't want this fee to discourage anyone from participating so if your school is unable to pay, please email us at director@rsoi.org.

Checks and Purchase Orders:

1. Please go over to our Scilympiad Page and log in.
2. Go to the head coach dashboard and click register/update teams and add all the teams needed
3. Click view/pay registration fees and send director@rsoi.org a picture of the check
4. Follow the instructions on screen for sending the physical check and click pay by check to let us know it's on the way.
5. Those that need an invoice should see an option to print invoice after clicking on pay by check.

Credit Card:

Keep in mind, paying with credit card will cost an extra around $3 per team that the website takes.

1. Please go over to our Scilympiad Page and log in.
2. Go to the head coach dashboard and click register/update teams and add all the teams needed
3. Click view/pay registration fees and then click pay by check to let us know you will pay.
4. Head over to our e-Funds page and click on "Pay for 24-25 RHS SCI OLYMPD INVITE"
5. Fill in the correct amount and tell us your school name and the number of teams you will be paying for and pay following all the directions on the website
6. You will receive a confirmation in your email. Forward it to director@rsoi.org and you will be all set to go.

We really need this confirmation receipt since we can't access the breakdown of the schools that paid until the end of every month.

W9

We will provide a W9 if you email director@rsoi.org

Invoices

After clicking on pay by check, there will be a button to print invoice which will download a generated invoice.
